Product Description
Reposado means rested, and the rule is at least two months in oak before the word can go on a label. That short stay is enough to take the edge off a young spirit and add colour, vanilla and a softer shape. In a 375 ml bottle it is an easy way to find out whether you prefer rested tequila to silver before committing to a full-size purchase.
Pale gold, with light caramel and vanilla over cooked agave, baked apple and a mild peppery warmth. Good neat in a small glass, better over a single cube, and it gives a margarita a rounder, less citrus-sharp character. A flexible little bottle.
