Product Description

This is the same full-bodied California Cabernet that built the Juggernaut name, in a 1.5-liter bottle that covers a long table without a second trip downstairs. Large formats also evolve a touch more slowly, which is a real advantage if the bottle sits for a year or two.
The wine is dark and concentrated: cassis, blackberry, cocoa and toasted oak, finishing warm and peppery on firm ripe tannins. Open it well before dinner. Prime rib, lamb, charred vegetables or a board of aged cheeses will all hold their own beside it.
