Product Description
There is a version of rose built for sipping and a version built for the table, and this leans toward the second. Justin makes its pink wine on California's central coast with the same restraint it brings to its reds, which means dry, structured and considerably more serious than the category average.
Expect wild strawberry, watermelon rind, blood orange and a clean mineral finish, with acidity that cuts rather than merely refreshes. Serve it cold but stop short of ice-cold. It handles grilled salmon, roast chicken, charcuterie, soft goat cheese and salads with real dressing. A rose you can pour through an entire dinner.
