Product Description
Lime zest, white peach and a thread of fresh herb. Justin makes a Sauvignon Blanc that sits between the grassy New Zealand style and the rounder California one, borrowing what is useful from both. The winery is far better known for Cabernet, which means this bottling tends to be overlooked and slightly underpriced.
Crisp and dry, with citrus and stone fruit over a bright acid core and a faint saline note on the close. Serve it properly cold in a smaller glass. Oysters, ceviche, grilled halibut, goat cheese, asparagus and anything finished with lemon all suit it, and it works well on its own as an aperitif.
