Product Description
A blend lets a winery use its best barrels in combination rather than in isolation, and Kendall-Jackson's red does exactly that, drawing across varieties to build something rounder and fuller than any one of them alone. The aim is not complexity for its own sake but a red that pours easily for a mixed table.
Ripe blackberry, dark cherry and plum over vanilla, mocha and light oak spice, with soft tannins and a generous, faintly sweet finish. Serve it a touch below room temperature. Barbecue, pizza, burgers, baked pasta and a cheese plate all work. The bottle you open when the evening has no particular theme.
