Product Description
Platinum sits at the top of the Khor range, set apart by additional filtration and a softer, rounder character than the standard bottling. It comes from the Khortytsia distillery in southeastern Ukraine, a producer that turns out enormous volume for both domestic and export markets. The quality-to-price ratio is the whole argument.
Expect a gentle grain sweetness on the nose, a smooth and almost creamy palate, and a finish that fades cleanly with very little burn. It is good enough to drink neat from the freezer with something salty alongside, and neutral enough to disappear politely into a martini, a mule or a vodka tonic.
