The combination goes back generations as a cold-weather drink, and Khortytsia bottles a commercial version of it: grain vodka steeped with honey and chili warmth, balanced so that neither element buries the other.
The nose leads with warm honey, then the pepper arrives on the palate as a slow-building heat rather than a sharp bite, finishing sweet and dry at once.
