Kim Crawford made its name on New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, so a Prosecco in the range is a deliberate broadening. Prosecco can only come from northeastern Italy, so that is where this bottling is sourced, and it is made in the dry, fruit-forward style the brand's audience already knows to expect.
