Product Description
Pale pink, dry, and built around the bright acidity New Zealand handles better than most. Kim Crawford makes its rose in the same idiom as its whites - fruit-forward, crisp and refreshing - which makes it considerably more of a food wine than the category's reputation would suggest.
Strawberry, red cherry and citrus over a dry, clean finish with a mineral thread and a light body. Serve it very cold. It works with grilled prawns, summer salads, soft cheeses, prosciutto and spiced Asian dishes, or a warm afternoon with no particular plan attached. One of the more reliable pink bottles on the shelf.
