Product Description
Pink sparkling wine was once a novelty in America. Korbel helped make it ordinary in the best sense of the word. The Brut Rose comes from the same Sonoma County cellars that have been turning out bottle-fermented sparkling wine since 1882, and it brings a little red fruit to the format without giving up its dryness.
Strawberry and raspberry lead, with a citrus lift and a fine, brisk bubble. It reads festive in the glass, which is half the point. Serve very cold, on its own or with brunch, smoked salmon, or anything involving a cake and candles. Also a good base for a sparkling cocktail.
