Product Description
Cabernet Sauvignon is the most requested red on the shelf, and most of the time what people want is exactly this: dark fruit, enough structure to stand up to a steak, and a price that does not require a special occasion. La Presna makes an honest version of it with no pretense attached.
Blackberry and dark plum lead, with a note of cedar and a dry, moderately firm tannin that softens after twenty minutes open. Serve at cool room temperature. Good with burgers, short ribs, sausage and peppers, or a wedge of sharp cheddar, and dependable enough to buy by the case for a crowd.
