La Storia is a reserve-tier label, the kind a winery creates when it wants to bottle the best of a harvest separately and say so on the front. The Cabernet is the flagship: a fuller, more deliberate expression than any everyday bottling, with more oak time and more patience behind it.
Expect concentrated blackcurrant and black cherry with cedar, sweet tobacco and dark cocoa, carried on substantial but well-managed tannins. Decant thirty minutes and serve in a large glass. Pair with ribeye, lamb or braised short ribs, and hold a bottle back for a few years if you have the space.
