Lodi has spent two decades proving it can do more than big reds, and single-vineyard whites like this one are part of the argument. The Prince designation points to a specific block of LangeTwins farmland, worked by a family that has been in the delta since the nineteenth century and farms to sustainable certification.
The wine is dry and cleanly made, with orchard and citrus fruit, a fresh acid line and a crisp finish rather than a creamy one. Serve it well chilled in a standard white glass.
