Product Description
On the eastern edge of the Loire, chalk and flint turn Sauvignon Blanc into something leaner and more mineral than the grape manages almost anywhere else. That is Sancerre, and it has been a reference point for dry white wine for generations. Les Boursicottes gives you the style without the premium the appellation can sometimes command.
Citrus, gooseberry and cut grass, held in line by a wet-stone streak and bracing acidity that leaves the finish clean and dry. Serve it thoroughly chilled. Classic alongside goat cheese, oysters, trout or spring asparagus, and lovely on its own before dinner.
