Chapter 6 is called To The Finish because that is the experiment: American whiskeys finished against smoked and toasted wood to see exactly what the staves can contribute. A one-time 2022 release, as every chapter is.
Bottled uncut and unfiltered, so expect real intensity: campfire smoke, toasted marshmallow, brown sugar, dark cherry and a long, hot finish. A few drops of water opens it considerably. Pour it neat and small, and share it with someone who will appreciate what it is.
