Product Description
Lobos 1707 arrived with a clear idea: carry the finishing techniques of fine wine into tequila. The Joven is the entry point to that project, a blend of unaged and aged spirit given time in Pedro Ximenez barrels, which gives it fuller body than a straight blanco without turning it into a slow sipper.
Bright agave and lime at the front, softening into stewed fruit, light oak and a warm, rounded finish. It is the most flexible bottle in the range: good over a single cube, better in a margarita, and genuinely interesting in a highball with soda and grapefruit peel.
