Product Description
Joven is the least common of the tequila categories, a marriage of unaged blanco with older barrel-rested spirit that puts agave brightness and oak warmth in the same glass. Lobos 1707 finishes the result in Pedro Ximenez wine barrels, which is what sets it apart from most of the blancos sharing its shelf.
Cooked agave and citrus arrive first, then a soft wave of dried fruit and vanilla from the barrel finish, closing clean and faintly sweet. Relaxed enough to sip neat over one large cube, structured enough for a serious margarita or paloma.
