Product Description
Lynfred Winery has been making wine in Roselle, just west of Chicago, since 1979, and its fruit wines are how most Illinois drinkers first learned the name. The blueberry is among the most direct of them: whole-fruit character, no pretense toward being something it is not.
Sweet and juicy, with concentrated blueberry, a dark cocoa edge and a soft, low-tannin finish. Serve it lightly chilled in a small pour alongside cheesecake, dark chocolate or soft cheese. It also makes an excellent base for sangria, or for warm spiced wine once the weather turns.
