Product Description
Jalisco is home, and eleven generations of the same family are the lineage behind the label. Diamante is Dobel's signature bottling: barrel-aged tequilas blended together and then filtered until the color disappears, so it arrives looking like a blanco and drinking like something considerably older.
Soft and polished, with cooked agave, vanilla, faint honey and a suggestion of oak, and almost no edge anywhere. Best neat and lightly chilled, or in a cocktail that wants aged character without amber color — a clear margarita, a tequila martini. Refined without demanding much attention.
