Product Description

Expect something closer to fine Chardonnay than to rose: white peach, citrus pith, wet stone and a saline finish, with real acidity holding the whole thing upright. Serve it cold but not frozen, in a proper white glass. Very good with oysters, crab, halibut, goat cheese or summer vegetables.
