Mango and coconut belong together, and this is the shortcut to both at once. Built on Malibu's Caribbean rum base, the mango bottling is the most straightforwardly tropical member of the flavored range — sweet, ripe, and entirely unsubtle about what it is doing.
Ripe mango up front, pineapple at the edges, coconut sitting underneath, and a sweet, soft finish with very little burn. Mix it with orange or pineapple juice, blend it with ice into a frozen drink, or top it with lemon-lime soda and a squeeze of lime. Serve very cold, in a tall glass.
