Malibu Sundae pushes the coconut rum base in a frankly indulgent direction, trading tropical tartness for something closer to an ice cream parlor. It is not a serious sipping spirit and does not pretend to be, which is exactly why it works after dinner.
Rich, sweet and creamy, with vanilla and confectionery notes wrapped around the coconut, finishing smooth and soft. Serve it very cold over ice, or blend it with milk or cream for a dessert drink. Also good poured over a scoop of vanilla.
