Product Description
Piedmont grows Moscato Bianco on hillsides between Asti and Alba, and the wine made there is deliberately unlike Champagne: gently sparkling, sweet, and low enough in alcohol that a glass before noon raises no eyebrows. Martini has been producing it at scale for generations, and this is the bottle that introduced most of the world to the style.
Aromas of white peach, apricot and orange blossom lead into a soft, foamy palate with grapey sweetness and a quick, clean finish. It is the rare wine that works with dessert rather than fighting it, so pour it with fruit tarts, biscotti or a wedge of panettone. Serve it very cold.
