This is a sweet flavored fortified wine, plainly labeled and inexpensively priced, and it does not ask to be judged by the standards of a Sauternes. Ripe canned peach and vanilla cream carry through a round, sugary palate to a short finish. Cold is essential. Serve it over ice in a tumbler, blend it with frozen peaches for a slushy, or pour a small measure over ice cream or pound cake as a dessert sauce.
