Product Description
Somewhere between the lean, unoaked school and the full-butter tradition sits the Chardonnay most people actually reach for a second glass of. That is the target here. Ménage à Trois builds a California Chardonnay with ripe fruit at the front, a touch of oak for warmth, and none of the sharpness that puts casual drinkers off.
Green apple, pear and melon open the glass, followed by a light vanilla creaminess and a clean finish. Serve it well chilled as an aperitif, or bring it to the table with roast chicken, shrimp, pasta in cream sauce or a simple cheese plate. Easy company, start to finish.
