Product Description
This is the wine the brand was built on. Three red grapes go into the blend, each contributing something the others lack, and the label made the arrangement its whole identity long before red blends became a supermarket category. Two decades on, it remains one of the most-poured American reds, and the formula has not needed much revision.
Ripe blackberry and cherry lead, with a sweet-spiced vanilla warmth from oak and tannins polished to almost nothing. Serve it slightly cool with pizza, pasta, burgers, grilled chicken or a bowl of popcorn and a film. It is genuinely hard to find a casual occasion it does not suit.
