Product Description
Sauvignon Blanc grown in California tends to come out rounder and less piercing than its New Zealand counterpart, trading some of that green intensity for riper citrus and a softer edge. Plenty of drinkers prefer it that way. This bottling sits squarely in that camp, made dry and crisp but without the aggressive herbal bite.
Grapefruit, lemon and white peach lead into a clean, zesty finish with a faint grassy note in the background. Serve it thoroughly chilled as an aperitif, or with goat cheese, oysters, green salads, fish tacos or anything that wants a squeeze of lemon anyway.
