Product Description
An honest, unoaked Chardonnay at a working price is harder to find than it should be, since most producers reach for the barrel. This one stays clean and mountain-fresh, which is what the cool Trentino vineyards behind it do best. Keep a bottle in the refrigerator door and it will earn its place several times a week.
Crisp green apple and pear lead, with a whisper of almond blossom and a dry, faintly stony finish. Serve it cold, around 48 degrees. It is a natural with grilled fish, shellfish, chicken salad, prosciutto or a bowl of pasta in a light sauce.
