Product Description
Reposado earns its popularity by splitting the difference. Several months in oak sand down the sharp edges of a blanco while leaving the agave clearly recognizable, which makes it the most broadly useful tequila to own: good enough to sip, sturdy enough to mix, and rarely expensive. This is a straightforward, well-behaved example.
Roasted agave sits under light caramel, vanilla and a dusting of cinnamon, finishing dry with a warm peppery tail. Pour it neat at room temperature, over a single cube, or into a margarita where the oak adds a rounder, slightly richer note than a silver would.
