Product Description

Crisp and dry, with green apple, white peach and lime over a clean mineral finish that leaves the palate ready for the next bite. Serve it very cold. It shows best with light food, so think shrimp, sushi, salads and fresh goat cheese, or an afternoon with no food at all.
