Milbrandt Vineyards farms the eastern side of the state, where warm days and cold nights give the grape the acidity it needs to stay bright.
Expect green apple, apricot and lime blossom over a faint wet-stone note, with just enough sweetness to balance a firm acid backbone. Serve it thoroughly chilled. It is one of the few wines that genuinely handles heat, so try it with Thai curry, pork belly or a sharp blue cheese.
