Product Description
Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc arrived in the 1980s and permanently changed what people expect from the grape: louder, greener and more aromatic than the Loire original. Misty Cove works in that New Zealand idiom without pushing it to caricature, keeping the signature intensity while leaving room for the fruit underneath.
Passionfruit, grapefruit and fresh-cut grass lift out of the glass, followed by a razor-clean, dry, mouthwatering finish. Serve it thoroughly cold. It is one of the best matches on the shelf for oysters, goat cheese, green salads, asparagus and grilled white fish.
