Product Description
A single tall can of dark lager is one of the better solutions to a long evening: enough beer to settle into, only one thing to open. Modelo Negra is the Mexican interpretation of the Munich dunkel, richer and maltier than the pale lagers around it but never demanding.
Deep brown with a tan head, it drinks of caramel, light toffee and toasted grain, finishing smooth and dry rather than sweet. Let it sit a minute out of the cold so the malt opens up. A natural next to grilled steak, tacos al pastor or a bowl of chili.
