Founded in 1743, Moet & Chandon holds some of the deepest chalk cellars in Epernay and the largest vineyard holdings in Champagne, which is what allows it to produce a rose of this consistency year after year. Assertive red fruit, wild strawberry and raspberry, with a savory undercurrent and a fine, insistent bead closing dry and long. Serve cold in a tulip glass rather than a flute. Excellent with tuna, duck breast, charcuterie or summer berries.
