Product Description
Coconut is a difficult flavor to get right in a spirit. Too little and it vanishes; too much and it turns into sunscreen. New Amsterdam lands in between, with a toasted, creamy coconut note carried on a clean column-distilled base. The 1.75 L is the pragmatic size for anyone who mixes tropical drinks more than once a season.
The palate is soft and sweet with a nutty coconut center and a smooth, low-burn finish. Pair it with pineapple juice for a two-ingredient crowd-pleaser, top it with soda and lime, or use it in place of white rum in a colada.
