Product Description
Citrus forward, juniper honest, and priced to be mixed without hesitation. This is a gin for the house rather than the collection, distilled five times and finished with botanicals that lean toward lemon and orange peel instead of heavy root spice. One of the better-value bottles in the category.
The palate is smooth with a soft juniper backbone, bright peel and a dry, peppery close. Pour it into a gin and tonic with a thick lemon wheel, a Negroni that wants a lighter gin, or a collins over crushed ice. Reliable for cocktails made by the pitcher.
