Product Description
Few fruits are as assertive as passion fruit. Tart, perfumed and slightly wild, it holds its own in a glass where gentler flavors fade, which is why it has taken over cocktail menus in the last few years. This 750 puts it on the clean New Amsterdam base at a price that makes experimenting cheap.
Look for a floral, tangy nose, a sharply tropical palate and a finish that stays bright rather than sugary. Excellent with prosecco, good with soda and lime, and very good shaken with lemon juice and a little simple syrup. For anyone bored of peach and mango.
