Product Description
On the Mediterranean coast at Marseillan, Noilly Prat ages its base wines outdoors in oak casks, exposed to sun, sea air and the turn of the seasons before blending them with herbs and spices. That weathering is why this dry vermouth tastes the way it does, and why bartenders have treated it as the reference point for a martini for well over a century.
The palate is dry and saline with chamomile, lemon peel and a nutty, almost sherried depth, closing on a gentle bitterness. Stir it with gin at a generous ratio, use it to deglaze a pan, or drink it cold on its own with a twist. Refrigerate after opening.
