Vermouth is wine, and wine does not last forever once opened, which makes the 375 ml the smarter buy for most home bars. You get the same Marseillan-made dry vermouth, aged in oak under the open sky and blended with around twenty herbs and spices, in a size you can finish before it fades.
Crisp and bone-dry, with white flowers, citrus zest and a savory almond note, closing on a clean, softly bitter edge. It is the classic martini partner and does fine work in the drier end of the Manhattan family, but it also rewards a simple pour over ice with a lemon twist. Keep the open bottle cold.
