Product Description
Noilly Prat's red vermouth is the sweeter counterpart to the house dry, built on the same oak-aged French base wine and then layered with warming spice rather than coastal austerity. The half-bottle is the practical format: sweet vermouth gets used an ounce at a time, and a smaller bottle means what you pour is always fresh.
Expect dried fig, orange peel, cocoa and clove over a supple, moderately sweet body, with the bitterness arriving late and gently. It is made for a Negroni, an Americano, or a Manhattan with rye, and it is perfectly pleasant over ice with soda and an orange slice. Store it cold once opened.
