Product Description
Resting tequila in oak is a balancing act: too long and the wood swallows the agave, too little and the barrel adds nothing. Nosotros aims at the middle with this reposado, holding on to the freshness of the blanco while picking up the soft vanilla and caramel that make aged agave so easy to sip. A good bridge bottle for anyone moving beyond silver.
Toasted agave, light vanilla, baked apple and a whisper of cinnamon, with a rounder body than the unaged expression and a gently warming finish. Drink it neat or over one big cube; if you mix it, keep the cocktail simple so the oak still shows. An easy pour for slow evenings.
