Product Description
Nosotros is a small-batch producer working in Jalisco, and the name translates simply to us, which suits a brand built around shared bottles rather than trophy shelves. The house style keeps things clear and agave-forward rather than leaning on heavy oak, so the plant itself stays in the foreground from the first pour to the last.
Look for cooked agave, citrus peel and a touch of black pepper, with a clean, warming finish and none of the harshness cheaper tequila leaves behind. It makes a serious margarita and an even better paloma, but it is worth trying neat in a small glass first to see what you are working with.
