Product Description
Cooked agave, bright citrus and a clean peppery warmth: that is the shape of this Jalisco tequila, made in small batches by a producer more interested in balance than in marketing muscle. It sits in the range where quality tequila starts to get genuinely interesting, without the price climbing into gift-only territory.
The palate is smooth and moderately full, sweet roasted agave giving way to lime zest and a dry, warm close. Use it in a margarita built with fresh lime and no shortcuts, in a paloma with grapefruit soda and salt, or simply over a single large ice cube. Good for cocktail nights and for learning what agave really tastes like.
