Product Description
Peach is a harder flavor to pull off than it looks, since the fruit turns cloying fast. Nue keeps this one on the fresh, stone-fruit side of the line, which makes it far more useful behind a bar than the candy-sweet peach spirits it shares a shelf with. Reasonably priced and easy to keep in rotation.
The nose is ripe yellow peach with a floral edge; the palate is soft and lightly sweet, finishing clean rather than syrupy. Mix it with iced tea for a long summer drink, top it with prosecco for something Bellini-adjacent, or pour it over ice with soda and a squeeze of lemon. Good for brunches and backyard afternoons.
