Oberon comes from the Napa Valley side of California winemaking, where Sauvignon Blanc is treated less as a thirst-quencher and more as a proper white for the dinner table. The style aims for texture and ripeness alongside freshness, landing somewhere between the grassy New Zealand school and the rounder white Bordeaux approach.
Expect grapefruit, honeydew and a touch of lemongrass, with a juicy mid-palate and a crisp, mineral-edged finish.
