Product Description
Symphony is an unusual grape, a California cross of Muscat and Grenache Gris developed at UC Davis, and it yields one of the most perfumed white wines grown in the state. Obsession built its following on exactly that aromatic lift, and it remains one of the easiest bottles to hand to someone who claims not to like wine.
The nose is all orange blossom, lychee, peach and honeysuckle; the palate is lightly sweet with soft acidity, finishing clean rather than cloying. Serve it very cold as an aperitif, or alongside spicy Thai and Sichuan food, curries, or a fruit and cheese board. Lovely on a patio in the late afternoon.
