Product Description
Crisp, dry and reliably refreshing, Sauvignon Blanc is the white most people default to when they want something cold and uncomplicated in the glass. This bottling sits at the value end of the category, where the goal is clean fruit and good acidity rather than complexity, and it delivers exactly that.
Expect citrus and green apple with a grassy, herbal edge, a dry palate and a snappy finish. Serve it thoroughly chilled as an aperitif, or with goat cheese, green salads, grilled vegetables, shellfish, or fish tacos with plenty of lime. An easy house white to keep a couple of bottles of in the fridge.
