Product Description
Rose from a sweet-wine specialist is a different proposition than rose from Provence, and there is a real audience for it. Oliver Winery, working out of southern Indiana since 1972, built its name on wines that are easy to like on first sip, and its pink bottlings follow that logic exactly.
Expect strawberry and watermelon, a light body and enough residual sugar to round off the edges, with modest acidity and a short, clean finish. Serve it thoroughly chilled, poured over a little ice on a hot day. It works with grilled chicken, spicy takeout, fruit and cheese, or nothing at all.
