Product Description
There is a whole category of wine drinker underserved by dry reds, and the Soft Collection was built for them. Lower alcohol, soft tannin, gentle sweetness: a red you can pour into a tumbler without ceremony. Oliver has been making wine in southern Indiana since 1972 and does this style as well as anyone.
Black cherry and raspberry dominate, with a plush, low-tannin body and a rounded sweet finish that stays light rather than heavy. Chill it slightly, which sharpens the fruit, and pour it with barbecue, pizza, burgers or a cheese board. Best for casual dinners and uncertain guests.
