Strawberry and watermelon lead, with a touch of citrus and a light, sweet body that finishes quickly. Serve it as cold as you can get it, over ice, ideally outdoors. It goes with grilled shrimp, spicy noodles, fresh berries and cheese, and needs no food at all to work.
